- The Arkansas Memory Project
An outstanding example of student work from the Arkansas School
for Math and Science, this Internet site has more than 50 individual
student projects. Of varying quality, most are excellent and
make use of photographs and documents. Some also include lesson
plans that make them complete units, ready to be used in any
K-12 class in Arkansas history. Highly Recommended.
- History
of Delta Company
Arthur Stokenbury, a political science major at Southern Arkansas
University and a soldier in the National Guard unit at Magnolia,
on active duty in Iraq in 2004-05, prepared a partial history
of the unit during a History Internship in 2003. This history
covers the Delta Company of the 3rd Battalion of the 153rd Infantry
Regiment Through World War II.
