WALZ HISTORICAL PHOTOS - MAGNOLIA
Southwestern Academy Building, Magnolia, Arkansas, apparently nearing completion in 1894. The building was at the corner of East North and Academy Streets. The picture belonged to Mrs. John C. (Neva Hutcheson) Wyrick, one of the earliest students there. Note the young man on the front corner of the steeple, identified in writing by Miss Neva only as "Henry." Photo courtesy of Carolyn Wyrick; copied by Robert Walz of SAU.
