A. & M. College, Magnolia, Arkansas. From left: Paul Hamilton,
mandolin; Aaron Foster, violin; John Phillips, piano; Drexel Henderson,
tenor banjo; Alvis phillips, guitar. According to Alvis Phillips, who owns
the picture, the band played not only at school convocations but also at
faculty dances and old fiddlers' contests. The copy work is by Robert B.
Walz.
