VILLAGE
The largest pine tree in Arkansas, near Village, May 28, 1910. The tree, which was measured at nineteen feet in circumference, fell in 1916 after being burned by bee hunters. It was on the the B. A. Hendricks place. The men named are Baxter Hendricks, Ben Lewis, Abe Furlough, Amzi Lewis, Abe Hendricks, and Jim Cheatham (order unknown).


VILLAGE
