- A bearded man holding flowers believed to be Captain Jessie T. McMahan
of Frenchport. McMahan was a Civil War veteran who was wounded in the jaw.
He served as a steamboat captain and owned a plantation. McMahan was the
uncle of Helen Morgan.
- Chidester children in horse-drawn buggy located in front of
the McCollum-Chidester House in the late 1800s. The baby in back of the
buggy is Anna Leah Chidester (Mrs. D. W. Harrell, now deceased). Photograph
